Online applications are invited for entrance test 2013-14 to be conducted by Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005, Uttar Pradesh for admission to Ayurveda Vachaspati MD (Ay)/Ayurveda Dhanwantari MS (Ay) courses for session 2013-14

Eligibility:

The candidate holding BAMS or equivalent degree recognized by BHU and CCIM The candidate holding MBBS degree recognized by MCI The candidate should have passed I.Sc (Biology) or equivalent examination recognized by BHU All the candidates (except MBBS) must have qualified with Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Intermediate or equivalent examination or as a part of BAMS examination recognized by Banaras Hindu University

The candidate must have completed minimum 12 months internship (4½ years BAMS course)/6 months internship (5 years BAMS course) by 31st July, 2013 after passing the final professional examination.

AIIMS Entrance Examination for MBBS – 2013, New Delhi

Application are invited in the prescribed form through online mode for admission to MBBS Course of AIIMS New Delhi and six new AIIMS like Insititions. For eligibility criteria, availability of seats and other details please click here.

Date of Entrance Examination: Entrance Examination will be conducted on 01.06.2013 (Saturday) in Ahmedabad, Bangaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna and Raipur.

Eligibility:

1. Candidates who have passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing a minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates) aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English or whose results of Class-XII are likely to be declared.
2. The candidate should have attained the age of 17 (seventeen) years.

How To Apply:

Application Procedure: The Application fee is Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 800/- in case of SC/ST candidates). The candidate can pay the application fee through a Credit-Debit Card of Challan Form (to be downloaded from internet while applying on-line) in any branch of State Bank of India. Transation / Processing Fee as applicable will be payable to the Bank by the candidates. It may please be noted that –

1.      Those applying on 24/03/2013 i.e. on the last date of closing of registration and are unable to deposit the fee through challan mode on the same day must deposit fee in the nearest branch of State Bank of India latest by next two working days i.e. up to 26/03/2013 failing which their candidature will not be considered and no query / correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

2.      The application for the above Entrance Examination will be considered only after confirmation of payment fee from the concerned Branch of designated Bank to the Account holding Branch of AIIMS.

3.      Incomplete application or applications not supported by payment shall be rejected and no claim shall be entertained.

TISS announces admission to the 2013-15 batch for the following full time (regular) post graduate degree programmes M.A., M.Sc, MHA, MPH offered from Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati and Hyderabad campuses

TISS offers 39 master’s degree programmes from its Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati and Hyderabad campuses for the 2013-2015 batch

Candidates can apply for a minimum of one and a maximum of five programmes across the four TISS campuses

However, they can opt for only a maximum of three programmes at TISS Mumbai

 Eligibility

A bachelor’s degree of a minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a recognised university, in any discipline; or

Candidates who will complete all the requirements of their final year bachelor’s degree examinations by 09th June, 2013, Saturday are also eligible to apply to all the programmes (except the four programmes offered by the School of Health Systems Studies) provided they have successfully completed their first and second years, if the degree course is of 3 years; and the first, second and third years, if the degree course is of 4 years

All the candidates aspiring to take admission in the undergraduate programmes at IITs and ISM Dhanbad, for the year 2013 will have to appear in the Paper-1 of JEE (Main) – 2013, which will be conducted by JEE Apex Board during the month of April, 2013 (both online and offline). After the declaration of the scores of JEE (Main) – 2013, the top 1,50,000 candidates (including all categories) are required to register online at http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in to appear for the JEE (Advanced) – 2013. A fee of Rs.1800/- (Rs.900/- for SC, ST, PD and no fee for all female candidates) has to be deposited between 8th and 13th May, 2013  in any branch of State Bank of India having Core Banking Services.

 The last date to register for JEE (Advanced) – 2013 (along with the required information and applicable fee) is 13th May, 2013.

 How to Register For Jee (Advanced) – 2013

Scores of JEE (Main) – 2013 will be declared by 7 May, 2013. Top 1,50,000 candidates qualified in Paper – I  (including all the categories) are eligible to register for JEE (Advanced) – 2013. To write JEE (Advanced) – 2013 all eligible candidates should register through online at [http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in/] during 8 May to 13 May, 2013. 

 After online registration, candidates must pay the examination fee as applicable through challan (generated during registration process) of all SBI branches having core banking solution (CBS) on or before 13 May, 2013. 

 The examination fee for GE and OBC(NCL) male candidates is Rs.1800/. The fee for SC, ST, PD male candidates is Rs. 900/. There is no fee for female candidates of all categories. Registration is complete only after the payment.
